Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the work or return it in its original condition for a refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if more than seven (7) calendar days have elapsed from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not refund shipping or freight charges.

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

 

To summarize, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from us and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  • Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the artwork

  • Three (3) days from the day the return label was sent ship the artwork. Do not attempt to ship the artwork before contacting us to request a return.

 

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or you do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

  1. Within seven (7) days of your artwork delivery date, please contact us to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

  2. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. 

  3. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice to ensure the proper packing materials are used.

  4. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package and contact the carrier to arrange pickup/dropoff.

    • Note: You are responsible for any additional return costs not covered by the prepaid label including convenience services. ​

  5. Contact us once the item has been handed off to the carrier to complete the return process.


Once the piece safely reaches us, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within five (5) business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

If you have not received your refund within ten (10) business days and you have contacted your card-issuing bank, please contact us for assistance.

If the artwork arrives damaged 

If you notice any damage to the outside of the package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If possible, take digital photos of the package damage.

 

To avoid accidentally damaging your piece during unpacking, we recommend you work with a trusted professional framer or art handler for all unpacking and handling of the artwork.  â€‹

Damage discovered after unpacking

  1. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the damage and include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.

    • Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if more than seven (7) calendar days have elapsed from the date of delivery. 

  2. Save the original packaging!

  3. We will contact you to discuss next steps. If we find that the piece was damaged in transit, we will endeavor to replace it. In the event that we are unable to replace the piece, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

​

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, some pieces are one-of-a-kind and may not be able to be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
